Slow load is an NLM loader utility with delayed execution capability.
If you want to control the loading of NLMs on your server, this is for you. A simple but effective NLM loader that works in a similar way to NCF files. Simply create a text file containing a list of the NLMs to load and SlowLoad will launch them in a controlled manner.
