Dump the contents of the Netware bindery to a file or printer DOS 3x

Usage:

DumpObj, DumpProp and DumpVal work with the individual files (Net$Obj, Net$Prop and Net$Val respectively) displaying all available fields, while DumpBind works with all three files and displays the full bindery structure.
Bindery contains the record structures for the bindery files, and BindTool has some useful functions and what-not for processing the bindery.

Notes

• Bindery files are assumed to be in the current directory.
• Any comments on my crumby C style will be happily received and just as happily ignored
